In the event that Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis, PLLC determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any portion of these Terms and Conditions, or have otherwise demonstrated conduct inappropriate for the users of the Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis Site, Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis, PLLC reserves the right to (i) warn you via email that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, (ii) delete any or all content provided by you or your agent(s) to the Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis Site, (iii) limit or deny you access to the Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis Site as described in this Agreement, (iv) notify and/or sent content to and/or fully cooperate with proper law enforcement authorities for further action; and/or (v) any other action which Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis, PLLC deems to be appropriate.
21. Right to Deny or Limit Access. Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis, PLLC reserves the right to limit or revoke your access to the Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis Site in is sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason, including, but not limited to, any violation of these Terms and Conditions or in the event of Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis Site corruption or other technical difficulties.
22. Assignment. Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis, PLLC may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions and upon such assignment, Cosmetic Surgery Specialists of Memphis, PLLC shall be relieved of any further obligation hereunder.
