I had been contemplating this procedure for a few years and was so nervous about my consultation. However, upon arriving, I was greeted by very friendly front desk staff and taken almost immediately back after filling out some paperwork. Dr. Eby was very kind and professional and really listened to the goal I was trying to achieve while also making recommendations. She was very upfront about what all the procedure would entail and realistic expectations of results. During my consultation visit, she used an imaging machine and showed me what I would look like with different types and sizes of implants. This really helped me to visualize what I would look like and make the best decision. During this visit, I was also provided with a quote for the cost of the surgery. After making the decision to go through with the surgery, Dr. Eby and her staff were very helpful and accommodating with getting the surgery scheduled and gave clear instructions about what to do to get ready for surgery. I am now 2 weeks post surgery and LOVE my results. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Eby and will definitely use her for any cosmetic procedures in the future.
Dr Aldea is definitely the best plastic surgeon in Memphis TN. He went over my surgery thoroughly. The results of my BBL turned out amazing! I highly recommend him for all of your plastic surgery needs. He is so kind and listens to all of your concerns before your procedure. Truly made a difference in my self confidence. When I decided to start my surgery journey I knew I wanted to research and to visit a couple of different surgeons to find the one that was best for me. My first stop didn’t work out well so I decided to give Dr. Aldea and Dr. Eby a try. I called and was so impressed at how easy it was to make my consultation appointment! I had called 3 other varies places that I didn’t even get an answer. Lilly took my call and got all my information and worked me in at my convenience. The day of my consult everyone was so personable and super nice. The office is quiet and tranquil almost. It’s very private with minimal signage outside which I like. I met with Dr. Aldea and was in my consult for over an hour. I appreciated how much time and how he didn’t leave out any detailed and answered all my questions. He even had a model and told me to “perform” the procedure so that I knew exactly what would be taking place. After leaving I knew I had found the right place for me. Every appointment I had up to day of surgery stayed the same always nice always ready to conquer all the questions I brought in. Even the front staff and Lilly the assistant was awesome. I felt like we had known each other and were friends she was that great! My surgery was done by both Dr. Aldea and Dr. Eby. My surgery did take a little longer than had initially thought but I know it’s because they both wanted to take their time and be as precise as possible and you can tell! I’m so happy with my results! I am still recovering but so far it’s been the best decision I could have ever made, investing in myself! From the time I left the hospital after my procedures I was in constant contact with Lilly. It was great to be have those calls and texts to check up, their caring nature matters. Any question or concern I would have I could shoot her a text and she was right there to answer me even late night or weekends I knew I chose the right people. My follow up appointments are just the same still personable and all attention on me. That’s hard to come by at a doctors office these days, but not there! I will be a repeat patient. Hands down the best decision I have ever made!!!

When I was initially looking for a plastic surgeon in Memphis, I went on a search for the BEST. Dr. Eby came with raving reviews and truly did NOT disappoint. she makes you feel 1000% comfortable, and her work is impeccable. Do NOT look any further. Dr. Eby is truly the BEST.
I did my research before going to a plastic surgeon. After meeting with Dr. Eby I knew decision was the right one. Dr. Eby will listen to everything you have concerns about and then she will give you her opinion. I wanted a procedure and she explained why I didn’t need it now. I like that she does surgery in a hospital. The nurses at the hospital praised Dr. Eby and put me completely at ease. Dr. Eby did 2 different procedures on me at once. I had very minimal pain and bruising. My recovery was quick. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Eby. I was amazed.
