Dr. Aldea did my tummy tuck December 2012 and my butt lift October 2013. He did a great job, no problems or issues. He and his team are with you every step of the way from beginning to end….They give you all the attention that you need and make themselves available for you day or night. Dr. Aldea is very honest and forthright about the expected outcomes from each procedure. I recommend 100%.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Eby! Shes really sweet & easy to talk to, she makes you feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process, she takes her time with you & she makes sure to answer all of your questions you may have. Where do I began to describe Dr. Eby? I just love her! At my very first appt. (consult) Dr. Eby made me feel as though she knew me already & that was very comforting for me, therefore I felt good about telling her exactly what I wanted to accomplish. I was so excited about my consult I decided to schedule my surgery that very day. I was so confident in Dr.Eby, I didn’t give it a second thought. After my procedure Dr.Eby & her staff (Lilly), both called me personally to ensure I was doing well & following post-op orders. I get excited about every post-op visit still, because she radiates such a positive energy. If I have any questions or concerns, I know that she’s just a phone call away. I work in surgery, & I don’t see many doctors with good bedside manners anymore, & I love her even more for that. I had breast implants and I LOVE them! I want to show them off proudly because they look AMAZING and fit my body well (touch it, feel it, love it). Dr. Eby is amazing. She took the time to show me different options I had available and make sure I was going to be pleased with what I chose. She was recommended by a coworker- thank goodness or I may not be as pleased with my new boobies! When you walk in the office you are openly greeted by Lilly- who remembers you and continues to check on you throughout your healing process. Dr. Eby personally talked to both my father and boyfriend while I was in recovery and gave them her personal number so if there were any concerns we could contact her. The day after my surgery, Lilly calls to check on me, Dr. Eby personally called to check on me, and St. Francis called to check on me. I work in a hospital and know that is very rare. If I need more work done in the future, Dr. Eby will be my surgeon. If you want plastic surgery, call her because I promise you will not regret it.
I have been looking for a plastic surgeon for some time now. I am scheduled for a tummy tuck and looking into lipo as well. Right off the bat I got a good feeling about Dr. Aldea and his staff. When I called to make the consultation appointment, there was a fee. I gladly paid the fee because I believe you get what you pay for. The last thing I wanted to do is go into a PS`s office (for free) and get told what THEY think I want to hear or feel rushed out the door ; because it was free! Not with Dr. Aldea. He took the time to answer all of my and my husbands questions. We had what seemed like all day to ask all the questions we wanted to. Not only did we learn about the procedure, Dr. Aldea also taught us what we needed to know about the human body. From the time I walked in to his office I had a good feeling. Dr. A is very down to earth and is very knowledgeable about his profession. He doesn’t tell you what you want to hear and he doesn’t try to sell you different procedures that you don’t need.(He even talked me out of one!) One thing that impressed me the most about Dr. A (besides his vast knowledge) was his honesty and sincerity. He and his staff make you feel very important and that`s hard to find in this profession. And his office manager Lilly, WOW! She is great! She was able to help me with what ever issue or question I had. She even gave me her personal cell #. How many office assistances do that? Whenever I need her, she`s just a phone call away! She is great and she is so easy to work with! I just cant say enough about Dr. A and his staff! I am overly excited and feel 100% confident I made the right choice in doctors!
3 years ago Dr. Aldea and Dr. Eby performed a breast augmentation/slight reconstruction because I had a mild case of tuberous breast deformity. I researched plastic surgeons all over Memphis and Dr. Aldea’s very informational website caught my eye so he is who I chose. I have never met a surgeon so willing to explain every single detail of what surgery that was going to be performed. He is very caring, cautious and a perfectionist as well as Dr.Eby. These two surgeons are the closest thing to God when it comes to designing/redesigning your body. I am still happy with my breasts to this day. I will not use any other surgeons until these two retire, which will hopefully be never! Their secretary Lilly is AWESOME. Lilly is always there to answer questions, go out of her way to do something for you, and her bubbly personality will put a smile on anyones face. These two plastic surgeons are most definitely the best of the best and I recommend them to everyone wanting any sort of procedure.

Dr. Eby was outstanding in consulting with me for cosmetic changes. She offered her opinions professionally and listened to my requests openly. She showed great care and precision during the procedure with no complications. All pre and post checks were attended to with great detail, even available during off hours!! I also truly appreciated the help of her Office Manager, Lilly Schneider. Lilly gave her aesthetic opinions and aided me when Dr. Eby was not in the office. Lilly is truly an asset in communications between doctors, patients, and hospitals. I appreciate these ladies accommodations throughout the wonderful experience.

Dr. Aldea performed a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty on me 4 weeks ago. I had a check up today, along with follow up photos. The results are already amazing, even though I am still a little swollen. I actually have a waist again– I’ve lost over 3 inches!!! The level of care that I have received from both of them is top-notch. They take as much time as you need to answer as many questions as you may have, both before and after the procedure. They even call to check on you after the surgery. I had a slight complication and was brought into the office on a Saturday to fix it. I have never had any doctor volunteer to help me on a weekend before. I can not say enough good things about both Dr. Aldea and his wife, Dr. Eby, who did my mastopexy in November. Not only are they are both certified by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, but several other state and national boards as well. Their office staff are very professional and helpful, tool.
