Gynecomastia (aka “Gyno or Man Boobs”) is not a single deformity. It is a wide spectrum of male breast feminizing conditions: Each requiring an individualized surgical approach. These vary from Liposuction, to Liposuction with breast tissue removal (with or without fat transfer to the underlying pectoral muscles) to partial Mastectomy to complete subcutaneous Mastectomy with nipple graft repositioning.

To illustrate the spectrum and surgical options, the cases will be presented from extreme to mild gynecomastia.
